In this step, you have to open MySQL® Databases inside your hosting panel. Where you have to create a database for your website and create a user for managing that database. For this purpose, you need to understand the layout of the MySQL® Databases dashboard. Which contains 2 spread groups of fields the first one is for database development and the other is for creating a user. Just fill up the database field first and then create a database user.
